Account creation for MOE Staff

MOE staff with moe.gov.sg or moe.edu.sg email addresses may now create an account on this website to access the online school directory and some "Restricted Area". Account created this way will NOT have access to the online Registration.

Each school already have receive a HODPE account (eg. 1234S-ADM). 

Teachers-in-charge of the following games do not need to create the account as the login should already have been assigned for Registration:

Once you login with your HODPE (eg. 1234S-ADM) account or Cross Country (eg. 1234S-CRO) account, proceed to "Registration" and do the following:

  1. Confirm the divisions that you are taking part.
  2. Update Teachers and Coaches.
  3. Update Athletes.
  4. Repeat for all divisions.
  5. Print Summary under Reports

Online Registration 2012 & Login Information

Online registration are available for Badminton, Canoeing, Cross Country, Tennis and Rugby. We are currently testing importing of players' information from excel file. Teachers-in-charge can create (S/No, Nric No, Name, Race, Nationality columns) or download the file from school cockpit under Reports, CCA, Student transactions, Membership list and send to admin@schoolsports.sg and we will import for you to save you time on manually entering the information.

Message for Game Advisors and Organising Secretaries

Contact admin@schoolsports.sg if you require assistance with login, creating of pages for your game or assigning rights to the zone organising secretaries to upload the fixtures or results for their respective zones or divisions. Change the date of submission to the current date by submitting a blank value for "Authoring Information"->"Authored on". If you are using IE8 and having problem with your layout, please proceed to Tools->Compability View Settings and uncheck Display all websites in Compability View.

National Inter-School Sailing Championships 2012

Canoeing Registration

Registration for Championships 2012 will continue to go online this year.
Account for teachers-in-charge of Canoeing has been sent to all HODPEs and Sports Sec on 19th Jan 2012.
Schools can register either using the Canoeing account (eg. 1234S-CAN) or Admin account (eg. 1234S-ADM).

The following dates are applicable to all divisions.
