Online Registration 2012 & Login Information

Online registration are available for Badminton, Canoeing, Cross Country, Tennis, Rugby, Track & Field. You can now import NricNo, Names, and Date of Birth from csv (comma-delimited) file. Teachers-in-charge can either create the file (sample at the end of this page) or download the file from school cockpit under Reports, CCA, Student transactions, Membership list. Each division should have its own csv file. The importing function is available under "Athletes" tab.

Username and Passwords have been sent out to HODPE, and Sports Secretaries. Please send a request to admin@schoolsports.sg if you have not receive yours.

The purpose of each account is listed below. All school accounts can update and verify the school directory. You can use the drag and drop under the "S/N' column if you need to arrange the order of your key personnels with the same designations. 

Registration Process

1. Under the confirmation tab, submit the divisions that you want to participate.
2. Under the teachers tab, submit at least one teacher with the contact number, and email address.
3. Under the coaches tab, submit at least one coach with the contact number and email address. 
4. Under the athletes tab, submit at least the minimum number of players. (Nric No, Name, Date of Birth, Race, Nationality are required for all games).

Please refer to the closing dates under the Date menu.:

• COP refers to Confirmation of participation. Schools are required to confirm by "COP End" whether they are participating in a certain game. This end date is usually much earlier to allow organisers time to plan, schedule their fixtures.
• REG refers to Registration of athletes/players. Schools are required to submit their players by "Reg End".
